बारीक़ चावल पीसकर

बारीक़ चावल पीसकर छाया में सुखा कर दरदरा पीस ले फ़िर इन चावलों को धुप में अच्छे से सुखा कर डिब्बे में रख दे जब भी खीर बनानी हो तो चावल घी में भुनकर दूध, इलायची, मेवा डाल दे, खीर तैयार हे।
